Samantha Markle, Meghan Markle’s half-sister, has called her out on the basis that she had deceived the Royal Family.

Samantha has not had the best of relationships with Meghan, which did not get off to an easy start. She has spoken about how she was shocked at not being invited to Meghan’s wedding, as her brother Thomas Markle Jr was also perplexed.
That is one thing, but Samantha has now accused Meghan of lying about her past to the firm. She alleges that Meghan informed the firm that she had worked for the US Embassy in Argentina. While that may have been the case, Samantha denied anything of the sort.
Instead, she clarified that Meghan was in fact on a study programme, as opposed to actually having a job there. In her comments, she said: “A five-week study program doesn’t equate with working at the embassy, which she told Rachael Ray and Craig Ferguson on live television. So all of these lies started coming out.”
This naturally could explain why Samantha was not invited to the wedding since she does have a different account to that of what Meghan had been portraying. In addition, Samantha also shutdown the narrative that Meghan grew up as a lonely child, as she highlighted how the family was a tight-knit one.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “We weren’t a family apart, any more than any other normal family. I had my apartment and a job, my brother had his. But we were still only 10 minutes away from Meg.”
The response on social media was damning. A significant proportion of the fan base were of the view that Meghan’s conduct had shown that her accounts were not credible. One person wrote: “That woman wouldn’t know the truth if it smacked her in the face.
