On Wednesday, 25th January 2023, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office assured fans that Britney Spears is safe and sound, responding to inquiries from worried supporters who requested a welfare assessment.

The authorities declined to state the exact number of calls they got and refused to tell if they had a direct conversation with Spears, 41. A police representative stated that they gave limited information because of the fact that any more openness would be an issue of public confidence.
In an official statement on behalf of the authorities, a representative said the following: “I can confirm that we did get calls into our dispatch, and essentially, I can confirm that we don’t believe that Britney Spears is in any kind of harm or any kind of danger.”
Fans of Spears expressed their concern after she removed her Instagram account. The artist had previously stated she was intending to shift her name to “River Red”. Individuals then called the police to inquire about her well by using TikTok to live stream their request.
This was also because Spears had deleted her Instagram page on several occasions in recent memory and the motivation behind her most recent disappearance was uncertain, however, a source revealed that the vocalist simply appreciates taking intermittent breaks from social media.
While that may have been the case, a fan known as Christina allegedly called the cops with the following comments: “I was calling because I am worried about the physical safety of a resident in your area. There’s been suspicious activity online and now her account has been deleted.”
Britney has yet to respond to this which is understandable due to the negative media scrutiny that this would generate, but based on what we have seen so far, this is not looking good.
