Legal Expert Advises Loren Brovarnik And Alexei Brovarnik Not To Move To Israel Due To Possible Custody Issues

A legal specialist disclosed that it would be inadvisable for 90 Day Fiancé star Loren Brovarnik and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, to move to Israel with their three kids due to custody issues.

Supporters of the pair have observed them contemplate moving in the most current season. Both Loren and Alexei are eager to proceed, but her parents have not been open-minded to the plan since they got married in September 2015.

And during the course of that process, they welcomed three children. With that being said, there are plenty of hurdles that need to be overcome. Kathleen Martinez, a legal expert, had this to say: “Israel has some difficult custody laws.

“If Loren and Alexei would happen to get divorced there, Loren is using their laws and system so they will use Israel’s custody laws. Divorcing there and going through custody proceedings would not be advisable if she were my client.”

Bryan Goldstone, the father of Loren, expressed his worries about who would be awarded custody if the two were to separate. His particular concern was that the children may not even be allowed out of Israel.

And during a recent episode of the show, Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days, Bryan and Loren’s mother, Marlene Goldstone, were engaged in a quarrel with the couple. Those comments did not sit very well with Loren, who let everyone know in no uncertain terms that the comments had affected her personally.

In some comments at the time, Loren remarked: “I’m really pi**ed he went that way. I did not think that after seven years I still have, you know, so little trust, and he has so little trust in me.”

The fans on social media resonated with what Bryan had to say. A certain subset were of the view that a move to Israel could work against the best interests of the children. One person wrote: “I agree with her parents Loren there would be a doormat no rights no say in anything please stay in US.”
