The pair had been dating for around two years which did bring about many challenges. There was speculation that Olivia may have cheated with Harry amid her split from her ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis. While that may have been the case, Olivia denied doing anything of the sort.
But now it seems that they are not on the same page moving forward. A source confirmed the following: “[They are] taking a break. He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in L.A. It’s a very amicable decision.”
Nevertheless, it is important to bear in mind the following points. First of all, if they are taking a break, then there is always a possibility that there could be a reconciliation on the cards later down the line. After all, once they have navigated their respective ventures, they could have a change of heart.
Secondly, this is particularly true since the source further stresses that they will continue to remain on good terms. And it is not often that this happens when it comes to exes.
The following comments confirmed as much: “[They are] still very close friends. Right now, they have different priorities that are keeping them apart.”
And yet, there is a feeling that this was always on the cards. There were worries from the outset that the age gap between them could have had an impact on the relationship. Harry, for his part, is 28. Meanwhile, Olivia is ten years older.
That may not seem too big, but it has been compounded by the fact that Olivia has children whereas Harry does not. The fans on social media did not have a lot of sympathy for Olivia. This was on the grounds that her conduct with Jason was not to be desired. One person wrote: “No sympathy after what she did to Jason!”
