Britney Spears Shuns Sam Asghari On Instagram Live-‘I Don’t Want To Talk’
Sitting in the dark, the actor asked his wife if he could show her something. When asked, Spears, 40, looked confused and said: “Show me what?” Once it became clear that Sam wanted to turn the camera on Britney and put her on live, she did not take matters too well.
In response, Spears remarked: “I’m always live! I have nothing to say. I don’t want to talk to them right now.” This was understandably awkward for the following reasons. First of all, it is alleged that there were around 3000 people that had tuned in for the live session.
Therefore, it would have been courteous for Britney to have said something small at least. Secondly, it does not show Sam in a very positive light. In fact, it created a situation where Sam was shown as being put down by his wife. Lastly, in any event, there is a suggestion that things may not be harmonious between the couple.
Regardless of what the case may have been for the snub, the fans on social media had a lot to say about the matter. A certain subset of people slammed Britney for her conduct since it showed disregard for Sam as well as her fans.
Meanwhile, others criticised Sam on the basis that he should have given Britney more notice over his intentions. One person wrote: “Can you imagine your husband going live and asking you to show your face when you aren’t in the mood?
“I would punc* my husband’s face,” while another person stated: “Sorry, but this was weird af.” It is fair to say that this was not the couple’s finest look, and they will be looking to put this behind them as soon as possible. And hopefully, that will remove any background noise that will be coming their way.
