First, La Reina del Sur spoilers makes us feel like we’re once again watching a horror movie and begging the character to be smarter. See, Teresa is getting closer and closer to Pablo. And this is something that hasn’t escaped Sheila (Cuca Escribano), who called her out on it. Teresa denied anything less than professional was going on, but we all know better after that kiss.
We just shook our heads at watching Teresa getting caught up in some guy again. Poor girl’s had a horrible track record. One ex betrayed her, leaving her no other option but to kill him. Then another guy turned out to be her daughter’s kidnapper. One would think she’d avoid any romance like the plague now. Especially during a mission he’s a big part of. It’s one thing we find a bit disappointing with her character right now.

Elsewhere, it was an entertaining twist to learn Faustino is related to a nun. And Father Gonzo (Fernando Solórzano) was obviously dismayed by the idea. However, this nun put him in his place by reminding him their job isn’t to judge others. It was a great moment and the group definitely needed her support at time.

As for tonight, La Reina del Sur spoilers reveal Pablo will tell Teresa his most intimate secret. The thing is, he has no idea why he’s doing so. But we still don’t trust him. Apparently, he’ll have a good reason he’s part of this mission.
Meanwhile, we’ll see Faustino and the rest in a huge mess. Juan Fer will sell Faustino out to the DEA, giving his exact location. Which is where Sofia Dantes (Isabella Sierra) and Paloma Aljarafe (Ágata Clares) are. We feel bad for Sofia, but we really are upset on behalf of Paloma’s kid. He’s much younger than Sofia was when she went through her trauma.
And the kid is having trouble speaking because of it all, showing he’s taking this in deeper than Sofia did at the time she first got pulled into this. Let’s see if Faustino can manage to get them all out of a locked safe room in time.
