Kanye West’s fans have responded to his predicaments by raising a GoFundMe campaign to get the star’s net worth to increase.

This arrives at the back end of West reportedly losing his status as a billionaire after Adidas decided to cut ties with the rapper following his comments in which he vowed to go ‘def con 3’ on Jewish people. And as part of that process, other brands have decided to follow suit as Balenciaga and J.P.Morgan have parted ways.
This has had the end result of West’s net worth dropping from around $1.5 billion to $400 million. With that being said, fans decided to crowdfund for him so that he could become a billionaire.
One such page was called “Make Kanye West a Billionaire Again.” Ironically, the page only raised $5 before it was allegedly taken down as numerous pages began to emerge.
This is not the first time that Kanye has had the backing of his fans. In 2016, another GoFundMe was established in order to help Ye raise $53 million. This was on the basis that he had gotten into an extensive amount of debt.
The person responsible for the fundraiser, Jeremy Piatt, ended up raising $57,398. Although that may have been the case, Kanye decided to not take the funds. Instead, the money ended up being donated to a music charity by the name of Notes for Notes.
The fans on social media could not help but mock this action. This was simply on the basis that people could not believe some would be so gullible in resorting to this. Meanwhile, others were confident that Kanye would be back to being a billionaire in no time.
One person wrote: “It truly is difficult to comprehend how humans as a species have survived this long,” while another person stated: “He will be a billionaire again soon on his own.”
