James Corden has apologised to restaurant owner Keith McNally after the latter referred to him as the most abusive customer.

According to reports, Corden was banned on the basis that he was not treating the staff in an appropriate manner. It is alleged that he had become outraged after finding a hair in his food, which was then followed up by claims that he wanted free drinks.
Not only that, but there were suggestions that he had threatened to leave them with negative reviews. But that was just the start. It was reported that Corden had shouted at a server during another encounter after his wife’s brunch had allegedly been made incorrectly.
That apparently resulted in Corden saying the following: “[He was] yelling like crazy to the server, [saying], You can’t do your job! You can’t do your job! Maybe I should go into the kitchen and cook the omelette myself!’”
Despite seeming to have justifications for complaining, the manner in which Corden went about expressing his grievances did not go down well which resulted in the ban. However, this has now been overturned by Keith who made it clear that he was willing to give James a second chance.
This is entirely understandable since Corden is a massive name, so it would make sense to keep him on good terms. And given that Corden has now apologised for his behaviour, everything seems well.
In a post to his fans on Instagram, Keith said: “James Corden just called me and apologized profusely. Having f–ked up myself more than most people, I strongly believe in second chances.
“Anyone magnanimous enough to apologize to a deadbeat layabout like me (and my staff) doesn’t deserve to be banned from anywhere.” With the incident now behind them, both sides will be looking to remain on good terms moving forward.
