90 Day Fiancé: Patrick Mendes’ Company Continues to Get Controversial Reviews Making Fans Curious About His Work Ethic
When fans of the show did some digging, they discovered that Vivint, Inc has not been accredited by the Better Business Bureau, and the ratings for the company average 1.08 out of 5 stars. Most of the negative reviews are about the business structure and how the customers felt like it was all a scam.
One wrote, “Their customer service is terrible as far as speaking to someone in corporate.” Another wrote, “Stay away! Sales reps are scammers.” One review revealed that the contract that they signed never listed all of the fees and when they were charged, there were a lot of hidden fees added on.
One more review read, “Do not do business with Vivint. Predatory and deceptive sales practices, difficult to cancel, likely to continue to charge account when canceled, slow to respond to customer inquiry, one-sided contract terms. ZERO stars.”
It is interesting to see how much money Patrick has made off of these customers when it is clear that the company has gotten a lot of horrible reviews. We will continue to keep an eye on him and Thais on their Instagram accounts.
