Speculation has been running rife for some time that ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star struggles in controlling her alcohol intake. And this was no exception here, as Erika made it very clear that she crossed the line.
Things have not been helped by virtue of the fact that ever since her split from Tom Girardi, Erika has been dogged by legal and financial problems. With that being said, Erika did not hold back on how much she was a mess.
In the episode, Lisa Rinna said: “Our girl was s–t-faced. I mean, you were slurring your words. Did you black out when you got home,” to which Erika replied: “Yeah, [I] hit [my] head [and] vomited.”
The main reason why Erika overdid her drink was simply because her holidays have never been the same since she has been implicated in her fraud case.
And with continuing speculation over whether or not she would have something to answer for, coupled with the fact that there has always been a question mark over her future on the show, it has not led to a positive environment.
And this is something that Erika expanded on. She added: “I don’t want to be in a sad, depressing place. I want to have a good time, I want to feel good, I want to have fun, and so, yeah, you know what? I overdid it.”
The fans on social media were not too sympathetic towards Erika. This was on the basis that she had nobody to blame but herself in light of her conduct. One person wrote: “Seriously? When you’re over 20 and still doing that nonsense I’ve no sympathy.”
