Tristan, for his part, was confirmed the father of Maralee’s son following his paternity test scandal which suggested that he may have cheated on Khloé Kardashian during his time with her. And given that this drama had played out on ‘The Kardashians,’ Tristan could have been expected to step up to the plate.
After all, he already has a co-parenting relationship with Khloé for the sake of their daughter True. And yet, it appears that Tristan has no intention of doing anything of the sort. A source said the following: “Tristan is very absent from Theo’s life.
“He hasn’t met Theo nor has he initiated any meetings. He doesn’t have any immediate plans to meet his son face to face.” This is not the only obstacle, however, it is also claimed that Tristan has not contributed towards anything by way of financial help.
Although this has not been resolved from a legal point of view, the very fact of the matter is that Tristan’s duty as a parent could be argued to include spending quality time together or providing money if not both.
The source added: “[Tristan] hasn’t been in communication with Maralee and hasn’t sent her any money for child support to date. This aspect hasn’t legally been resolved yet.” It is not surprising, then, that the fans on social media did not have a lot of time for Tristan.
A significant proportion of the comments called out the star on the basis that he was being hypocritical when it came to providing care for his children. One person wrote: “Pi[e]ce of s**t human. I don’t even care how many times he cheats on khloe, but ya dip the d**k and have to accept the facts.”
