Just recently, Blac Chyna brought up the fact that she was focused on her lawsuit against the Kardashian family. She was once with Rob Kardashian and they had one season of a show called Rob & Chyna. The series was canceled after only one season and she blames Kris Jenner and the Kardashian sisters. She then blasted Rob for leaking naked photos of her on social media and decided to take them all to court.

There have been many documents filed by Chyna and one of these documents shares who will be on the witness list. One of the star witnesses on her side is Ryan Seacrest. He is going to give testimony for Chyna and she is hoping that his being there will help her win her case. There are some sources that have said that he may not be called to testify though. We will have to wait and see if he is called to the stand.

The legal team of the Kardashians and Jenners have “submitted a request preventing Chyna and his counsel from referring to, commenting on, or presenting evidence or testimony pertaining to any of the family’s wealth or financial condition.” Chyna has been very upset about the canceling of her show and she definitely feels that the Jenners and Kardashians are to blame for her television career-ending. She told her fans that the show was already filming the second season when the rug was pulled out from under her and she lost the show.
Chyna, who’s legal name is Angela White “claims that she sent her romantic partner, and ex-fiance, Rob Kardashian intimate, private nude photos of her per his request.
Ms. White further claims that when Defendant Rob Kardashian became extremely angry that Ms. White was no longer exclusive with him, in a fit of rage and without her consent, he posted the intimate, private nude photos of her to his public Instagram account with over 9 million followers.” Chyna also claims that she has “sustained mental pain and suffering, humiliation, and emotional distress.”
We are continuing to keep an eye on this case in hopes that Chyna will get some closure on what happened. As far as her career, she seems to be doing just fine now and it seems that canceling of the show really didn’t cause too much distress financially for her. Chyna does share a child with Rob Kardashian, so this has been a little tough as well.
