Caitlyn Jenner has reacted to the new Kardashian reality show ‘The Kardashians’ which is set to air on April, 14 via Hulu.
Caitlyn Jenner Reacts To Being Excluded From The New Kardashian Reality Series-‘Happy That It Continues’
The former Olympian has had to watch her ex Kris Jenner and the Kardashian family sign a lucrative deal that has the potential to be as big as ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ if not more.
But given that Caitlyn is not going to be part of this new journey, she could have been forgiven for feeling a little aggrieved. After all, she has become synonymous with the Kardashian family on their reality shows. And yet, she had nothing but good words to say about the new venture, despite being excluded herself.
In an official statement, she said: “I was there when this started from day one. I watched it grow. And doing the show for almost 20 seasons was one of the highlights of my life.
“To be able to work with my family for all those years, connect with the fans, it was incredible. Happy that it continues for my family.” This begs the question, why did Caitlyn not do the series?
Well, outside of an alternative explanation to the contrary, it could have been due to the following reasons. First of all, she had recently made her attempt to run for Governor of California.
Therefore, the last thing that she probably wanted to do is associate herself with a new reality show, which does require a lot of commitment. Secondly, given that she is 72-years-old and clearly not going to get any younger, perhaps there is a feeling that there are not many storylines that are left to write about.
Nevertheless, the fans were not convinced by what Caitlyn had to say. They were adamant that perhaps something had happened behind the scenes which is why she was not included in the new show. One person wrote: “Sounds like there’s some bad blood lol.”
