There’s a lot of justification in the air in Genoa City, and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are ready for the worst to come because of it.
If there’s one rule on daytime television, something isn’t mentioned without purpose, and it’s for that reason we’re curious how much trouble Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) is in.
We previously mentioned they could have killed off his character, which would create a lot more heat for Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), but it’s doubtful.
Still, we expect the implications to be ramped up in the coming days and weeks.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For March 10: Victor “protects” Lauren
Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will go to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), demanding to know where Michael is and why hasn’t she heard from him.
Victor will do what he always does, and that’s control the situation by deciding to keep Lauren in the dark about her husband.
He’ll be doing it to protect her when the real reason is she’ll lash out at him, then go to Peru to search for Michael herself. She’ll also make enough commotion she could give away Victor’s plans.
Loose ends and collateral damage at work, and most will justify Victor’s actions and putting others in harm to protect his empire, and those that don’t won’t do a thing to change it.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For March 10: Kevin’s understanding
Before or after she meets/talks with Victor, Lauren will unload on Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) and he’ll explain to Lauren that he understands the risks Michael’s taking. He may even vilify Victor for letting things get this far.
It won’t help her much, but it may give her some comfort to know someone else is in agreement and between the two of them ‘Young and the Restless’ think they’ll hatch their own rescue plans.
Of course, it may not go anywhere since Victor needs to be the hero and he may stop them, but we’ll see how it shakes out in time.
In the end, we have no doubt Victor will be proven right and things in his world will continue on, but if something serious does happen to Michael, it should make things interesting as far as the other families in Genoa City.
