Kanye West has been heavily criticised after releasing a music video in which it appears to show him burying Pete Davidson alive.

The video for the song ‘Eazy,’ which can be seen here, shows an animated figure of Pete, who has been tied up and is getting ready to be buried alive. Kanye is then seen standing near him, as some roses cover Pete before the words ‘God saved me from that crash, just so I could beat Pete Davidson’s ass,’ play over the scene.
Naturally, that video did not go down well for the following reasons. First of all, Pete had made it previously clear that he had suffered from the negative consequences of social media, which led him to leave Instagram once again.
And Kanye’s social media activity is testament to that, as this video is very disturbing to say the least. Secondly, it clearly shows that the rapper has been affected by his ex Kim Kardashian’s relationship with the comedian. Kanye simply cannot let it go, and there is a danger that his mental health has taken a turn for the worst.
The response on social media was highly critical of Kanye. The vast majority of people felt that he was out of order, while others encouraged Pete to respond through legal means.
One person wrote: “I love Kanye but this petty s— is embarrassing and everyone praising him for it clearly don’t give a f— about him. like if something happens to Pete, kanye will truly be f—ed cause he’s leaving all the evidence online.”
And this is not the first time that the rapper has done something controversial surrounding Pete. Reports had also indicated that he may have been spreading rumours claiming that Pete had aids.
Irrespective of whether that was the case, there is no denying that this music video is going to worsen things between Kanye and Kim to the detriment of their children. It will be fascinating to see whether Kim or Pete do respond to this, but one thing for sure is that Kanye is certainly not in their good books.
