From 90 Day Fiancé, Mark Shoemaker was part of a couple from season three. On the show, Mark, who was 57 at the time, was going to see his new wife, Nikki Shoemaker, who was only 19 at the time. Fans of the show crowned them one of the creepiest couples of the franchise because of this age gap.

The couple did end up suing TLC for the editing that they did to their story and by putting them in a bad light. They completely vanished from all social media in 2013 and it does look as if the lawsuit was dropped in 2017. Mark’s daughter, Elise is now ready to talk about the lawsuit and what else is happening with her father.

Mark met Nikki in the Philippines after he divorced his wife. He has four children with her and she is from the same city. Their age gap really made fans worried and there were some moments on the show that made fans really worried for Nikki’s safety.

For example, Mark got so angry with her when she left fingerprints on his car window.  Of course, this relationship really did worry fans, but Mark and Nikki didn’t care what anyone else thought of them being together.

Elise, Mark’s daughter has been pretty active on social media and TikTok is her outlet where she posts about life. She recently posted a few videos about the lawsuit and her father. She told her followers that her father didn’t like the way that TLC portrayed him, but she saw him acting like that a lot.

She felt that his actions on the show and just like those in reality. She also mentioned that Mark and Nikki did sign a contract with TLC and that is probably the reason why the lawsuit was dropped.

She also pointed out that there were some segments that were scripted, but most of them were not. Elise added that if she were to rate her experience on the show, it would be 4.6 out of ten. She also told her fans that she didn’t really want to talk about her relationship with Nikki or her father’s relationship with Nikki. After fans heard this, it does seem as if Elise doesn’t chat with her father on a regular basis.

Fans of 90 Day Fiancé have tried to find Mark and Nikki on social media, but it seems that they like the quiet, married life and for that, we commend them.
