It would seem that Britney Spears is aware that she has some haters in her comments. So much so that she has outright addressed them in one of her most recent instagram captions.
She said that last weekend was the first time in 13 years that she had had red wine, and that she had learned from her family’s example of just “be selfish and love thyself” but she did apologize for doing partaking on social media, so we can’t say that she was completely unrepentant.
…But then again, why should she have to be?
We hope for Britney’s sake that she didn’t just focus on the hate comments on her IG because she has more than enough fans that love and stan her for exactly what she’s doign and aren’t here to shame her for any of the choices she’s made post-conservatorship.

However, it does speak volumes that whatever these people said seemed to ring out louder than al the supporters she has who are saying negative things. Most probably about her unfollowing her sister, simply because she’s ‘family’ but the fact of the matter is, you have a right to peace in your life and if following Jamie Lynn wasn’t bringing Britney the peace that she felt that it would – why should she continue?
It wouldn’t be the first time sisters have unfollowed each other on social media, or had fights on social media, or even had public battles as far as that goes. Britney’s simply weeding out the unsupportive people in her life, and Jamie Lynn happens to be one of them and no one should be guilting Britney for not having her on her feed anymore.
It’s just social media, she didn’t back over her with her own Tesla. But as for Britney drinking red wine and dancing on instagram, the rest of the Britney Army is here for it, and we’re not judging.
It speaks volumes about those who are, though, Britney is a woman who, unlike the rest of us did not get to live her 30’s, she didn’t get to do a lot of the things that most people take for granted – people need to remember that before coming down too hard on her. Yes, she may be 40, but she was put in limbo for a decade. Give her a break! Stay tuned!!!
