Being on a reality television show isn’t what Memphis Smith from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days had in mind. From what we have learned about her relationship with Moknii Hamza, things aren’t always what they seem.
Memphis seemed to be shocked when Hamza told her that she would not be sleeping in his bed and in fact, he would be sleeping on the couch. This was strange to her, but she knows that his culture is much different than hers. She has started to open up about being on the show and is telling fans of the show that what we think is reality may not be.

Of course, Memphis wanted to make sure that she and Hamza are compatible in the bedroom together. It was very embarrassing to her when she was woken up by Hamza’s mother knocking on her bedroom door. When she opened the door, Hamza was still in Memphis’ bed. Of course, his mother was not happy to see him there and not on the couch. On this week’s episode we will Memphis confront Hamza over ejaculating prematurely during “sexy time”, and she will question him whether “it’s always like this”. Needless to say, Memphis doesn’t look too pleased with Hamza’s bedroom performance and this is a big deal for her in terms of pursuing the relationship further.

Fans of the show have bashed the couple for not wanting to get a hotel room because it was clear that Memphis wanted to have sex with him sooner than later. They had already talked about it and even Memphis mentioned it when they got to his house. It seems that she was so desperate to have “sexy time” with him that she made him break his mother’s rules. This is a big no no in his culture.
The comments from fans have really started to get to Memphis‘ Instagram account. In one of her Stories, she wrote, “I see I have to address somethings and at this point, I don’t care if I get in trouble. All of you people who watch this show should understand by now that everything is not always as it seems. What is pictured is most of the time not reality. Not only that but do any of you ever think that things are taken out of context or edited a certain way? If you feel a certain way complain on a blog site not on my page or I will block you.”
It is clear that Memphis doesn’t like the backlash from fans, but now that she is on a reality show, this is what she has to deal with.
