‘Welcome to Plathville’ Spoilers tells that, after the promise ring one would think that Moriah Plath and boyfriend Max Kall couldn’t get enough of each other and would definitely be spending Christmas together, but that was definitely not the case. While Moriah spent time with her older siblings and extended family (even though we never found out who was who in that pic), Max was nowhere to be found.
It was easy to see why he couldn’t be in the picture with her family but seriously, no pic under the mistletoe? Just seems like a lost opportunity. This is leading some fans to speculate whether or not Moriah and Max are kaput.

If they are, Moriah has kept the news off of her social media, neither she nor Max have mentioned anything on their instagram stories. Granted, some fans have speculated that this could just be because they are under contract to TLC and maybe they have a clause that they are not to mention their relationship status on their social media until the new season airs. (It really wouldn’t be surprising if they had a clause like that.
Remember how bad Usman Umar and Baby Girl Lisa Hamme were over on instagram in the 90 day fandom a couple of seasons back? TLC may have learned their lesson there.) So far no word on when the new season will air but it may not be until the summer.
Max, meanwhile, spent the holidays down in Perry Florida, and from the pictures he seemed to be having the time of his life. So either he and Moriah are already over each other, or, they could have just decided to spend the holidays with family instead of with each other and since they’re so young that is really not an odd thing to do.
A promise ring does not mean engaged or married, a promise ring just means that they want to be engaged and possibly married in the future but there is no actual time limits on when that future is. It could be six months from now and it could be five years from now.
A promise is just that, a promise, nothing more, but it is a headscratcher, considering last year she was putting Max up on her instagram stories a lot and now its been 27 weeks since she last posted an IG story with him in it. Guess we’ll have to wait until the new season airs to see if she and Max are still together. Stay tuned!!!
