Kim Kardashian may be annoyed that her estranged husband won’t sign the divorce papers that have been sent to him, but then…she hasn’t seen anything yet!
Not only is Kanye dodging the divorce paperwork, but he’s also moving in…across the street, anyway.
Okay, so it isn’t as desperate and sad as it all sounds. Kanye actually bought the relatively modest estate in Hidden Hills from his ex. It set the superstar back a measly $4.5 million but West must have really wanted to keep a hold of the property as he paid $421,000 over the asking price.

Perhaps Kim just drives a hard bargain or was hoping a different buyer would swoop in.
This tiny little shack (by Kardashian-West standards) is direct across from the huge home that Kim and Kanye renovated during their marriage. Kim shelled out $23 million just to buy her ex’s half of the insane property back in October so she and the kids could remain in the family manse.
Kanye’s new digs, which appear even smaller in comparison to its neighbors, were built in the mid-fifties. The house has been described as “architecturally unremarkable” (I’m sure the designer is happy to read that!) with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house. It also has a guest studio consisting of another bedroom and bathroom attached to the garage.
It is being speculated that Kanye purchased the property so that sharing custody of the kids is easier, causing minimal disruption for North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm as they shuffle between their parents.
However, no one can imagine Kanye living in such an ‘unsplashy’ residence full time, especially as the Donda singer recently bought a $57.3 million home in Malibu.
There’s one thing this new Hidden Hills home has, however, that the Malibu compound does not…
