’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that Mike Berk included his friends on his journey to go visit girlfriend Ximena Morales for the first time, I’m pretty sure that he didn’t bargain on there being unsolicited advice on the menu, but there it was.
His very married friends who already have kids together were telling Mike that he needed to be careful with girlfriend Ximena because they were afraid that she was bilking him out of money. The thing is, Mike has worked for all of his adult life and seems to have a pretty stable career.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Mike’s friends need to butt out
He lives at home with his Dad and helps take care of his 94 year old Grandpa. He has a hobby and that is building scale models which is what he tends to spend money on.
So why is it that these people are so concerned? I get it, they are his friends and don’t want him to get hurt but Mike said that since the pandemic he has been helping Ximena with the rent at her place and also her two appliances, one of which was a refrigerator which you kind of need in this day and age, especially if you have kids which Ximena does.
She has two small children ages 3 and 7 and Mike is trying to help her provide the things she needs for them which is honestly really noble. However, his friends seem to think that this is a red flag and that she is taking him for a ride for money and for a green card. From the little we have seen of Ximena, she has not really expressed interest in either.
In fact it took Mike awhile to even mention that he was helping Ximena financially, so that means that obviously his contributions weren’t hurting him all that much.
His family wasn’t suffering and his hobbies were still intact, in fact he was even going to the toy store to buy things for Ximena’s kids so if he can help pay rent, buy appliances, and buy toys for kids and he’s still comfortably maintaining his own lifestyle then he’s doing fine.
His friends need to butt out, because they’re happy and raising kids with each other, it’s Mike’s turn to be happy. Stay tuned!!!
