’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that Steven Johnston and fiancé Alina finally got married, but unfortunately they got married in Turkey and because of COVID no one could actually attend, Alina’s family was stuck in Russia and Steven’s parents were stuck in the United States.
Neither Steven nor Alina would have had anyone sitting at their wedding (which, they did need a witness to sign the documents – unless things are different in Turkey) except for the landlord, cleaning lady, and the landlord’s wife, but then Steven had an idea.

A few weeks ago, we saw Alina really start bonding with the cats in the neighborhood, she gave them all cute names, like “Cow Cat” and others, and said that in Anatyla, Turkey, that the cats were her only friends which is a little sad considering how young Alina is.
However, COVID was a thing and couldn’t be helped so they couldn’t really go out and make friends their own age and Steven sid that the mormon church in Turkey wasn’t even open right at the moment, and Alina’s friends were all stuck in Russia – so while she would want to invite them, they couldn’t come probably because of COVID protocols.
Then Steven had an idea. What if he invited the friends that Alina had made to the wedding? “Friends, what friends?” you ask.

But he did. He caught several of the stray Felines (even though he didn’t manage to get Cow Cat) put them in carriers and had them attend as guests to his and Alina’s wedding. While it wasn’t the most conventional thing on earth, Alina certainly appreciated the gesture, and both of their families did end up attending the wedding via satellite.
The wedding venue wasn’t so keen on having these guests at first though and were like “What if they escape?” which was a real possibility, if they had ever left the carriers.
However, the carriers remained locked and Alina assured the person running the wedding venue that they were taking the cats back with them when they left. Which begs the question, have they had cats escape into this wedding venue before? Inquiring minds want to know. Stay tuned!!!
