Erika Jayne’s legal battle is likely to leave her with no significant assets once the courts have given their final ruling.

‘The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’: Erika Jayne Admits She Has ‘Zero Dollars’ To Her Name

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been accused of embezzling funds, with her ex Tom Girardi from victims of a plane crash before using them to finance her companies.

And now that Erika and Tom are being sued in order to recoup the losses that the victims have suffered, the star will have to rebuild her life from scratch. During an episode of the show, Erika tried to put on a brave face.

She said: “You cannot wallow. … Life goes on. I did read this morning that the bankruptcy trustees want to take the house and possibly evict Tom [Girardi], so we’ll see.

“I’m out here rebuilding my life, but girl, I have zero dollars.” Despite Erika’s honesty, not everyone was impressed by what she had to say. Step forward, fellow housewife Kyle Richards.

The former did not have much time for Erika’s feelings and instead chose to focus on the people who had been destroyed by her actions. After all, the fact that Erika will have no assets is immaterial, given that they were misappropriated in the first place.

Kyle stated: “Nobody wants to see themselves with nothing, but obviously, the victims here are the ones that need to be paid the money. It’s plain and simple.”

Erika’s lack of disclosure, though, may be due to the legal consequences it could have. That is how Lisa Rinna sees it anyway. She admitted that Erika might not be expressing remorse because it could influence the trial and show that she did do something wrong.

In this way, she is able to maintain her innocence. Lisa revealed: “Everybody just wants her to say, ‘God, I feel terrible. Oh, my God, the poor victims.

“But I think that Erika’s lawyers have said to her, ‘You can’t talk about anything because then all of the sudden she’s connected to it.”

Time will tell how things play out, but one thing for sure is that Erika will have to find new ways of generating income in a lawful way.
