J.P. Rosenbaum has given his fans an insight into how he has been coping with his life following his decision to file for divorce against Ashley Hebert.
‘The Bachelorette’: J.P. Rosenbaum Is Unsure About The Future After Filing For Divorce Against Ashley Hebert
The former star of The Bachelorette had gotten together with Ashley in 2011. Soon after the show, they decided to tie the knot a year later. During the course of their marriage, they managed to raise two children: Fordham and Essex. And yet, soon after, it became clear that they could not iron out their differences.
This led to them splitting up approximately nine months ago before the filing was made official in July of this year. Those experiences, though, have left J.P a little in the dark. In a post to his fans on Instagram, he said: “It’s 100% Perfectly ok to NOT have all the answers, to NOT know what the future holds, to be afraid, to have anxiety, to feel uneasy about anything and everything.”
Naturally, he has a lot on his plate. He will have to make sure that suitable co-parenting arrangements are in place in order to ensure that his kids have a sense of normality. Not only that, J.P has admitted that he would be open to dating in the future but feels anxious about reaching out to someone.
Nevertheless, this is to be expected following a split. He added: “We are all human, we have all gone through it, or will at some point, and it is 100% normal to feel the way you do.” While he has clearly been left hurting, he is still looking to the positives. He has vowed to be there for his children and focus on his career going forward.
Even though that is easier said than done, J.P recognises that he has to start somewhere, and there is no better place than right now. He continued: “All these moments in life will help you grow… Keep moving forward, keep pushing, and keep expanding your comfort zone. Embrace the unknown, live your life, and I guarantee you will come out the other side just fine!” Let us hope that J.P can overcome this and move on to better things.
