Tyler Cameron has opened up on his tips to navigate a successful first date, as shown by his experience with his current girlfriend, Camila Kendra.

The former star of The Bachelorette is currently hooked up with his lover, Camila. The duo were first rumoured to be together in January this year, as they were spotted hanging out together. And ever since then, their relationship has continued to go strong.
One of the reasons for that was Tyler’s approach to the whole dating scene. In an interview on ‘The Morning Toast’ podcast, Tyler stated how the first date is crucial to any potential success.
He said: “If there’s dead air in the conversation, it’s probably not going to work anyway. My first date with my girlfriend, we sat there for four hours and did not stop talking. We didn’t even look at the menu … I just told the [server] to bring us whatever you think is good.” As the conversation started to flow, he realised that he had many things in common.
They are both influencers and models, which made them aware of the difficulties that are involved in having such a career. Although they clearly had a lot of chemistry, Tyler refused to kiss her on the first date. He wanted to make sure she was the right girl and has advised others to do the same.
He added: “I never try to make a move on the first date. I don’t think kissing on the first date is a good thing. I tried to kiss [Camila] on the second date, and she rejected me. … I was like, ‘I like this girl, I want to keep going.’ … On the fifth date, I finally kissed her.”
As events Transpired, Tyler knew that he had played his cards right. The two become more into each other, and it was all confirmed by his following comments: “It worked. [We] couldn’t get enough of each other. [And] If it works out and blossoms into a beautiful thing, then great.”
