Khloe Kardashian has sent a cease and desist letter to Kimberly Alexander, the woman claiming that Tristan Thompson is the father of her 6 year old son.
Kardashian threatened to sue Alexander and ordered the woman to “immediately stop harassing and defaming” the reality star. The letter was sent after Alexander admitted to faking messages between the two women.

Even after her admission of fabricating the DMs supposedly sent from Kardashian, she has, according to Kardashian’s lawyers, “continued to make outrageous defamatory smears about Khloé, harassing her and trying to drag her into the paternity drama” which Alexander has “persisted in contriving.”
Alexander’s actions are said to possibly result in “substantial liability”.
Part of the defamation Alexander is being accused of is claiming that Kardashian faked social media posts, and inferring that the KUWTK star is a racist.
This is the second cease and desist letter sent to Alexander. Kardashian and Thompson sent a joint one last May, citing that Alexander was to immediately stop making “malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications” in regards the paternity of her son.
Kardashian’s boyfriend (fiancé?) and father to her 3 year old daughter, True has submitted to two paternity tests. Both have come back stating that Thompson is not the father to Alexander’s 6 year old son.
After sending the May 2020 cease and desist letter, the NBA star filed a libel lawsuit against the woman. In the suit, Thompson’s lawyers did not mince words, alleging that Alexander is a “wannabe social media influencer and pornographic model/performer who is so desperate to achieve her fifteen minutes of fame that she recently fabricated a false claim that NBA star/Cleveland Cavaliers center/power forward Thompson is the father of her nearly five year old son.”
Ouch.
There has been no word in response from Alexander’s camp. Unsurprising seeing as she has continually dodged court orders and not shown up for court hearings.
