’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that, while trying to comfort his youngdaughter, Mylah, Jovi Dufren said that he wanted time to figure out how to be a Dad and what worked and what didn’t, without new wife Yara Zoya Dufren hovering over him every second of the way. He tried to tell her that “kids get hurt” but Yara told him that this logic would only work if Mylah was a little bit bigger, and she’s right.

Mylah is entirely too young to be subject to any kind of school of hard knocks that Jovi would subject her to right now. While we don’t think Jovi would intentionally hurt his little girl, he might not be the most, shall we say, vigilant about certain things. At this point, little Mylah is just barely out of the womb and Yara is concerned with keeping her alive, very understandable when a baby is days old.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Jovi doesn’t want a parenting coach

Jovi just wants to get to the fun stuff already, but what he doesn’t understand is you can’t really do that until a baby is, well, almost to the walking stage. When a baby is old enough to walk, that’s when they’re old enough to get bumps and bruises because that’s what babies do when they’re learning to walk, they’re bound to fall down.

Jovi says he also wants to get to know his own child because he didn’t have the chance to really closely bond with his Dad while he was growing up, his parents got divorced when he was really young. He also says that Yara did not have her own Dad when she was growing up so he’s determined to give his daughter a good experience with him.

That’s admirable, but she’s only a week old and it seems like the only thing Jovi knows how to do at this point is to make little Mylah cry. All she wants to do is sleep on Mama at this point, Daddy isn’t even a blip on the radar screen, He probably will be by the time he gets back from work, because she’ll be a little older, but he wants time to bond before he goes to Guyana and while that’s really admirable, he’s waited this long. Is it really that big of a deal right now? Stay tuned!!!
