The pair are well aware of each other after having competed on Dancing with the Stars together, and their friendship came back to the fore following the recent MTV Awards. During Nikki’s segment, she made various jokes about Gleb and Chrishell Stause’s purported affair. Despite the awkward laughter, they remained on good terms.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Gleb stated how much he values Nikki’s friendship. He said: “She invited me to attend the MTV Awards and… she did amazing. We decided to grab dinner so we could catch up properly.” So what were the comments made by Nikki? Well, she certainly did not hold back.
She claimed that Gleb and Chrishell had ‘banged’ each other. It was quite clearly a tongue-in-cheek comment, and that left everyone in the room in hysterics- including Gleb. The comments in question stated: “You[Chrishell] and Gleb, like, killed it. It was so awesome to watch you. There’s no comparing me and you, honestly, because you got way further with Gleb than I did. I think you guys banged.”
With the room now full of laughter, Nickii could not help but mention Gleb too. He has been accused of having a huge reputation with ladies and often turning the heads of many dance partners. These accusations came at the expense of his relationship with his ex-wife Elena Samadanova. Gleb and Elana broke up shortly after he had completed his time with Chrishell on the show.
And according to Nikki, he left his mark with the ladies. She noted: “I forgot how hot you were. It’s insane.” Just when you thought that was the end of it, Nikki confirmed how Elena even saw the funny side of it. The latter had personally messaged Nikki on Instagram and had praised Nikki’s boldness.
She revealed: “I even heard from Gleb’s wife on Instagram today. She was like, ‘You killed it! That was so funny,’ and like, ‘Wink wink.” While people may see the funny side of things, there is always going to be the question of whether anything did happen between Gleb and Chrishell.
