Witney Carson did not hold back when speaking with Us Magazine! When the publication asked the Dancing pro for her thoughts on the best, the worst and the most surprising contestants, Witney was eager to share.
When asked who she thought was the worst contestant of all time, Witney believed it was a tie between Kim Kardashian and Master P.
“I know Kim Kardashian was really rough,” the mom of one confessed, referring to Kardashian’s 2011 appearance on the ABC dance competition show. She was as equally unimpressed by Master P’s performances in 2006.

To be fair, Master P was not even meant to perform. He filled in for his son Romeo when he suffered an injury before the first show filmed.
When asked who the best contestant was, Witney admitted bias when claiming it was Fresh Prince of Bel Air alum, Alfonso Ribeiro. Witney and Alfonso took the disco ball trophy together in 2014.
Witney wasn’t just impressed with Alfonso’s moves. “He had a personality — people just absolutely adored him,” the 27 year old gushed.
Us Weekly also asked Witney who surprised her the most. Without hesitation she answered, “Frankie Muniz”. Paired with the Malcolm in the Middle actor in 2017, Witney explained that she started the rehearsals with seeing what kind of moves Frankie already had in his arsenal.
“I literally had to look away. It was so bad,” she laughed. However, the pair ended up coming in third that season. Witney says the high ranking was a testament to how hard Frankie worked.
Witney, who first gained fame in 2012 when, at 18 she came third in season nine of So You Think You Can Dance, took 2020’s season 29 of Dancing With The Stars off.
The professional dancer was pregnant with her first child, son Kevin. Witney gave birth in January 2021 via unplanned cesarean section while both she and her husband had Covid-19.
Witney hopes to be back for season 30.
