Talk about regret. Anna Duggar might want to backtrack some of the things she’s said as she seemingly defended her husband Josh Duggar for being a “diligent worker” a few days before his federal arrest.
Anna apparently fired back at her critics and said her husband Josh provides well for their family. He has since been arrested with no bail. Here’s what you need to know.
Back on April 24th, Anna announced that she and Josh were expecting their seventh child together. When one critic asked how they are able to afford so many children in their family, Anna responded with, “My husband is a diligent worker and provides well for our family.”

Well, it didn’t take very long for the United States Marshall’s Office to show just how diligent Josh is when he was arrested by federal agents in Arkansas on Thursday. Yet no details about his arrest have been made, with speculation that it could be connected to a number of things.
Back in 2019, Josh’s car dealerships was raided by Homeland Security in connection with an ongoing federal investigation. That seem week, the Duggar house was also raised, but the family denied it.
“We were shocked to see a news report today state that our home was raided by federal law enforcement agencies,” the Duggars said at the time. “This is not true.”
“To the best of our knowledge, it’s also not true that any member of our family is the target of any investigation of any kind,” the statement continued.
Josh and Anna share daughters Mackynzie Renée, 11, Meredith Grace, 5, Maryella Hope, 5 months, and sons Michael James, 9, Marcus Anthony, 7, and Mason Garrett, 3.
