The Talk co-host Sheryl Underwood says she is suffering because of her emotional and rather heated debate with Sharon Osbourne. The television personality says that she has experienced PTSD following her on-air spat with her former co-host. Here’s what you need to know.
As many fans know by now, critics believed that Sharon went too far in her emotional debate with Sherryl last month. Things got so bad that Sharon was forced to apologize for defending her friend Piers Morgan – despite his attacks against Meghan Markle – and even led the producers to put the show on hiatus.
And now Sheryl says that she can’t stop thinking about the incident so much so that she is experiencing bad vibes because of it.
The Talk: Sheryl Underwood Says She Has PTSD Because Of Sharon Osbourne
“I feel like I’ve been in, like, PTSD because it was a trauma,” Sheryl said in the first episode back after spring break. “And I feel like I want to get past this because I really wanted to get back to work with my friends and my colleagues and the crew … but I also wanted to get back to the audience.”
Sheryl added that the conversation surrounding Sharon Osbourne’s controversial departure is needed in order to “process the events of that day and what happened since, so we can get to the healing.”
Many critics believed that Sharon went too far in her emotional debate with Sherryl Underwood earlier this month.

So far Sharon Osbourne herself has not made any additional comments about the ordeal.
