Hilary Duff is not slowing down on her plans to extend her family, with the latest announcement that she has just had her third kid.

In a post to her fans on Instagram, she marked the moment with a moving picture. In the photo, we can see Hilary holding her newborn alongside her other daughter Banks in a hot tub. The post was captioned with the following comments: “Mae James Bair- We LOVE you beauty 3-24-21.” But it is not just Hilary who shares a huge enthusiasm for children.
Her husband, Matthew Koma, shares the same feelings. After all, he has even taken on the role as a stepdad to Hilary’s son Luca. And by all accounts, the biological differences have not gotten in the way of the two forming a very strong bond. In a previous post to his fans on Instagram, Mathew stated how quickly Luca took to him.
He said: “Thank you, Luca, for letting me walk you into school, for walking me down the aisle, reigniting the kid in me, singing my songs with me, looking out for my dairy allergy.” And Hilary has had her fair share of words to thank Mathew too. It was not long ago that Hilary was struggling in her relationship with Mike Comrie. The two had got married in 2010 and even had a child together. And yet, their personalities did not seem to match as rumours of disharmony continued to float about.
Naturally, they called it quits in 2016 as they could no longer resolve their differences. But when it comes to Mathew, he could not be any more different. In a post to her fans on Instagram, Hilary praised how natural Mathew was as a father. She said: “You know exactly what to say. Affectionate beyond. Calm and strong. The kids don’t even know how lucky they are that it’s you, but they will. It’s a gift I get to witness every day. We love you more than words.”
It is good to see Hilary being so content in her life. She has not had the easiest of relationships in the past, but this one looks like it is for the long haul.
