British Royal Family News: Prince Harry Offers Comfort To Those Who Have Died During The Pandemic
Harry made the remarks during a personal letter he wrote in the preface of a book entitled, Hospital by the Hill. The words were: “If you are reading this book, it’s because you’ve lost your parent or a loved one, and while I wish I was able to hug you right now, I hope this story is able to provide you comfort in knowing that you’re not alone.”
This should come as no surprise given that Harry was barely a child when his mother tragically died in Paris. Although there has been some significant time that has passed since, there are still so many unanswered questions that Harry has to live with. He added: “When I was a young boy, I lost my mum. At the time, I didn’t want to believe it or accept it, and it left a huge hole inside of me.
“I know how you feel, and I want to assure you that over time that hole will be filled with so much love and support.” Fast forward to the present, and this pain could equally be applied to Harry’s life today. By all accounts, he has lost his relationship with his father, Prince Charles, despite Harry’s willingness to repair it. Not only that, his brother Prince William is only on the fringes of Harry’s life as the two may ,on occasion, engage in telephone conversations.
But to top it all off, his wife Meghan Markle has received continual abuse, which had allegedly drove her to the thought of suicide. These challenging experiences, though, bring out the best in people, as Harry outlined. He continued: “You may feel alone, you may feel sad, you may feel angry, you may feel bad. This feeling will pass. And I will make a promise to you — you will feel better and stronger once you are ready to talk about how it makes you feel.”
It is clearly a difficult time for Harry, but if there is one person who can pull through it all, then it is him.
