British Royal Family News find that it’s safe to say at this point that there’s no turning back for Prince Harry. In fact, the Duke of Sussex has been all but canceled by his own people as many critics in the UK are making it clear that they are standing behind the Queen after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey on Sunday night.
They claim there were concerns over how dark their son’s skin would be by members of the royal family and that racism drove them out of the UK. Here’s what you need to know.
New footage that was not aired during Oprah’s bombshell broadcast with Harry and Meghan was shown on CBS This Morning. Harry claimed that racism drove him out of the UK and that his grandmother Queen Elizabeth was overruled by aides when she tried to invite Prince Harry on a Sandringham visit.

What’s more, Harry also made fresh allegations of racism in Britain, claiming that “the UK press is bigoted, especially the tabloids.”
Prince Harry claims that he got snubbed after she was allegedly overruled by royal aides when she tried to invite him and Meghan on a trip to Sandringham after they announced they were stepping down.
Harry said he received a message from the Queen saying he wanted them to visit “the moment you land,” but he later got a message from his private secretary at the time saying the trip had been cancelled.
The Duke of Sussex then recalled how he then rang the Queen from Frogmore cottage and she said: “Yes, there’s something in my diary that I didn’t know that I had.” He said that this exchange showed that Queen Elizabeth is often overruled by her aids.
Of course, it didn’t take long for many critics in the UK to comment on the interview, with a lot of them saying that it’s time for Prince Harry to be “canceled” for going against his own family and in such a public way, too.
Some comments have included, “Long live the Queen! She has always done her best for this country through good times and bad. She does not deserve this from her own family,” along with, “This is so shameful. Meghan and Harry crossed the Rubicon. There will be no going back. Every last title must be stripped and Harry removed from the line of succession. No ifs or buts!”
So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments or statements about Harry and Meghan’s claims.
