Dale Moss and Clare Crawley met once upon a time on The Bachelorette. Clare cut her season short when she fell hard and fast for Dale. After just two weeks of knowing him, she knew that he was her one. It seems like she jumped the gun on those feelings and now she is feeling very upset by their recent break up.
She took to Instagram to share her feelings on what is going on with her right now and she really wanted her fans to get an idea of how hard this break up has been on her.
‘The Bachelorette’ Spoilers: The Mental Struggles
Clare recently posted on her Instagram account that she was feeling very low. She has talked about how she has struggled with panic attacks and her anxiety is flaring up.
She told her fans, “I think when you open yourself up to share the stuff that you’re going through, not as a victim, but more as vulnerability and more as just, like, the human side of you, with your friends, with your family, with the public, with people, as much as you want to share–mine more so happens to be a lot more public than most people–but I think when we share our struggles, it gives people the opportunity to relate to it and to share their struggles.”
She has also talked about how she feels that she is at one of her lowest points in her life right now. She has told her fans that all of the love they are sending has been so great for her and she is filled with so much love because of her fans. “I was struggling pretty bad and I held it inside for a long time and I think it manifested in other ways, kind of built up and it was heavy and a lot. I’m getting to the point now where I’m trying really hard to come back from that and make a U-turn because it’s a dark place to be in when you’ve got a lot of stuff compiled on each other.”
She went on, “There’s been days where it’s hard searching for gratitude and it’s hard seeing the positive with things because you just want to curl up in a ball and cry sometimes and not get out of bed, which has been some days for me.”
We are really happy that Clare is getting a point where she can talk more about her feelings and this seems like a very good step in the right direction for her.
