British Royal Family News find that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are once again proving that they are doing things their way, regardless of whether anyone has anything to say about it.

This time around there are reports that say the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning their own “honors list” to rival that of Queen Elizabeth’s. The couple will recognize do-gooders in several different fields to help them feel like ‘champions.’ Here’s what you need to know.

According to The Sun, Harry and Meghan want to celebrate, “charitable service, education, science, literature, racial justice, gender equity, environmental stewardship, youth empowerment, health and mental health” in new papers that have been recently filed in Los Angeles.

British Royal Family News: Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Are Planning A ‘Woke’ Honors List

As many royal fans know, Queen Elizabeth hands out awards twice a year, but Harry and Meghan’s rival scheme would be run by their Archewell foundation. Some people are even calling it the ‘woke’ awards.

For Harry and Meghan’s fans this is certainly good news as the couple have been keeping quite busy this year, despite the pandemic.

Earlier this summer, Page Six reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed with speaking agency Harry Walker Agency, whose other top tier clients include the Obamas and the Clintons and yes, Oprah Winfrey. The agency specializes in commanding $1 million dollar fees for their clients.

One source recently told Town & Country magazine that the royal couple will hold conversations that relate to topics that are important to their lives and the world. The tipster said, “Topics will largely relate to the social issues the world is facing now including racial justice and gender equity, mental health, issues impacting women and girls and the environment—as well as the intersectional nature of these issues. … Many of the areas and topics covered in these conversations will be related to the foundation and mission of Archewell, their new organization housing their philanthropic endeavors.”

So far both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not made any comments about the report or when they plan to kick off their future speaking engagements. We will update you with all of the latest information as it comes in!
