‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers say that Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) is certainly feeling very possessive of his new girlfriend Claire Brady (Isabelle Durant) and he has a very good reason for it.
That’s because Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) has been spending a little too much time getting up close and personal with the blonde beauty, much to Charlie’s dismay. In fact, after Claire and Charlie decide to make things official in their relationship and she gives Ben a hug, Charlie begins to see red. Here’s what you need to know.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Charlie Is Feeling Very Possessive Of Claire
According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Mike Manning, who plays Charlie on the hit CBS soap, says that his character certainly sees Ben as a threat, mostly because he’s a very good-looking guy. Being the new guy in town, Charlie doesn’t really know a lot of people in Salem, and that makes him a little bit worried.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers say that Charlie reluctantly leaves Claire with Ben and then heads up to work. That’s when Ben asks Claire if he wants to help him pack up some of Ciara Brady’s stuff.
Ben finds one of Ciara’s lockets and decided to give it to Claire. Later on Charlie spies the necklace and asks about it. Claire explains that she and Ben were spending the day packing up Ciara’s things, which leaves him quite unsettled.
Mike explains, “Charlie has never felt the way that he does about Claire. It’s ironic that Claire, for the first time in her life, is not jealous of a guy, and Charlie, it seems, is so going to be the one who is jealous and possessive. So the roles are reversed for the first time in a relationship that Claire has had.”
