Sumit catfished Jenny when she first met him, but she still proclaimed her love for him. Then when she found out that he was in an arranged marriage, she still stayed with him. In the spoilers for the newest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, Jenny will break down in tears during the engagement ceremony with Sumit.
There has been so much to happen between these two and after Sumit got the call from his lawyer, he was so excited to share the good news. His divorce was finalized and he was ready to tell Jenny.
Sumit told cameras, “Today is a new beginning to my relationship with Jenny and me because I’m divorced today, and I’m very happy. I’m, I’m feeling very free that this is a time which I can focus what I need to do and how I’m gonna marry Jenny, and how we’re gonna plan our future together.”

Things may seem to be going in the right direction for Jenny and Sumit, but his parents will continue to fight this marriage. His father will not stand for their marriage and the fact that they are 31 years apart in age.
He asks Sumit, “You’re going to have a relationship with that lady, who is elder to your father, elder to your mother? We will stop you legally from marrying her. You understand? I will not allow you at any cost.”
Sumit did tell cameras that it is possible for his parents to legally keep their marriage from happening. He is worried about this and needs to seek help from his lawyer to make sure that this won’t happen.
“I don’t want them to put any kind of complication on my and Jenny’s marriage. If they’re not ready to accept Jenny, I just want to make sure they’re not going to mess with my marriage.”
In the spoilers, Jenny will hear news that Sumit‘s parents want to stop their marriage from happening. She breaks down and says, “They’ve given me such hell. I can’t help how old I am, I can’t help it, but dammit, I love him. And I don’t want to leave him again.”
