After being called out for allegedly scamming a fan, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Angela Deem is posting about how she’s “done with the drama.”
Angela was known for being incredibly aggressive to cast members and her husband Michael Ilesanmi. She would quickly become an infamous figure on the show until Michael finally ran away from her.
Since the breakup, Angela has been caught in online drama while attempting to deport Michael back to Nigeria. After trying to sue Michael, Angela allegedly scammed TikTok user Rizzo Girl out of a plane ticket and a paid deposit.
This deposit was meant for Angela to perform meet-and-greet events, but this would never happen. Since then, Angela has been desperately trying to defend herself in her TikTok lives and now Instagram posts.
90 Day Fiancé: Angela’s Passive-Aggressive Posts
On January 10th, 2025, Angela posted a couple of videos displaying how she supposedly doesn’t care about drama anymore. In the past, Angela has made other passive-aggressive posts that were likely directed towards Michael.
Now considering the recent scamming drama, Angela is now addressing both Michael and Rizzo Girl. In one of these posts, the video and therefore Angela states, “She’s not mad, she’s not bothered… There’s no place for fake friends, empty promises or anything that drains her.”
Now Angela is claiming that she also doesn’t want any more fake people in her life. After such dramatic events with Michael, the conflict with Rizzo Girl, and the criticism and hate she gets from 90 Day fans, she is tired. She does not want to humor any of the hate and wants to focus solely on herself after everything that’s happened.
90 Day Fiancé: What These Posts Mean for Angela’s Future
Angela is claiming to have found herself, but I don’t buy it. When Angela is referring to the drama in her life, it is drama that she brought upon herself. Whether she scammed Rizzo Girl or not, Angela’s response did not help the situation at all.
She straight up responded claiming that the allegations were all lies with no proof. With Michael, no one is supporting her in the lawsuit. In fact, Michael got lots of donations from fans to help him pay for the legal fees to fight Angela.
No one is a real fan of Angela due to her constant aggressive behavior on the show and online. Even in the comments of these recent posts, most viewers aren’t taking her message seriously. “Sounds like she’s going away from the spotlight…thank God!”
Angela’s message is doing nothing but projecting her pride even further. Simply put, if she really doesn’t care about drama, then she needs to stop stoking the fire.
Since this, Angela has also not spoken any updates about the lawsuit or Rizzo Girl. Considering these messages, she’s likely promising to no longer talk about it. Unless we hear an update from Rizzo herself, the scam conflict is likely to go unresolved.
However, this is Angela we’re talking about. She’ll go live online as angry as ever soon enough with the next problem on her mind.
