‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) is taking no prisoners this year. Known for her positive outlook on life and importance of mental and physical health, Hope highlighted this once again on Instagram.
She shared an incredible photo of herself kicking the sky with the following caption, “Breaking glass ceilings 🤙🏽 Sometimes the line gets blurred between whether our limitations originated from others now masquerading as our own beliefs or from our genuine doubt and fear. Regardless, it’s our responsibility to take accountability and recognize we are the only ones who can fracture our limiting mindset.”

Hope concluded her kick-a** post saying, “No matter how the ceiling got there, it’s up to us to decide if we are going to continue to be confined by it. ⚡️What barriers are you breaking?”
It’s an incredible photo and an even better message. She continues to be a highlight of the show and we look forward to seeing more of her, especially if she shares the screen with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)! Fans showed their support of Hope by commenting on the post saying, “Ok. So Sally and Victor spar off. Victor swings a right hook.
