‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers love young love on the show, and with ‘Days of Our Lives’ being the best at writing for children and teen characters along with ‘General Hospital’, we love seeing what’s coming next.
With that being said, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) aren’t exactly young and impressionable 20 somethings and they’ve seen a few things.
So it’s for that reason we wonder if Tripp lost his senses or was just caught so off guard by Wendy staying in Salem instead of heading home to China he didn’t bother to think of her safety.
Or rather, he didn’t bother to tell her or warn her she could be in danger.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Caught in the headlights
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers have to give Tripp a small break since seeing Wendy probably scrambled his brain, and while he struggled to reset it she noticed his concern and thought he wanted to get rid of her.
That’s understandable, but now that he made up with her and told her he’s glad she’s staying in Salem, will he warn her of his suspicions about his mom?
He’s all but convinced Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) is back with her mob family and dealing the drugs, and he’s not too far off.
She is part of the drug trade, and if she did ask for a few favors in dealing with Clyde Weston (James Read) then she is back with her family.
But there’s obviously more, and we have a feeling he’ll dig around to find out.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers – Looking for trouble
Granted, since Tripp suspects Ava wanted him to leave to protect him, then it makes sense that he’ll tell Wendy his concerns so she’ll at least have a chance to see someone coming if it comes to that.
The problem there is knowing Wendy, she’ll want to help Tripp investigate and that where things could become very complicated.
This would also lead to them getting in harm’s way and increasing the chances of them getting hit in some crossfire by accident.
Or Wendy could keep Tripp so distracted he won’t have time to worry about their safety and he’ll leave his mom to handle things on her own like she prefers.
Either way, we’re stuck on him welcoming Wendy back to enthusiastically when it could put her in danger. Tripp’s smarter than that, and we hope he figures out how to tell her and keep them both out of harm’s away.
