‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has confessed his love for Katie Logan (Heather Tom), not only to her face but right in front of Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and it was a touching moment, to be honest.
We never really expect Bill to be a big softy like this, but when it comes to Katie, she melts him like butter.
To make things even crazier, Carter just stood there and Bill even said that he was a good, honest man. What is happening? Carter should have definitely done something because we saw Katie’s face and we know what she was thinking.
She clearly still has feelings for Bill as well. They are not over, and Bill and Carter are definitely going to be seeing each other more.

Bill flat out said that he was not going to give up, so he will clearly still be trying to win over Katie while she is dating Carter. Expect to see some crazy back and forth between them.
Katie will eventually have to say something though as she cannot just let Bill confess his undying love for her and expect Carter to be okay with it. I am very surprised that Carter let him say all of that.
Though, this is just Carter’s luck. He always has the worst times when it comes to women. Just as he finally got Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), she left town. Now that he got Katie, she is almost definitely going to go back to Bill.
I don’t think there is any doubt in my mind that we will see Bill and Katie back together, but it is going to come at a cost and that cost is Carter’s happiness. Again.
The thing that sucks is as much as we all love to see Katie and Bill together, what has Carter ever done to deserve this? He is a good, honest man and there is nothing that we can do apparently.
