According to an exclusive source, it has been revealed Tom Cruise is still not in contact with his daughter, Suri Cruise.
Tom Cruise Hasn’t Seen His Daughter Suri Due To Scientology-‘He Must Be Really Brainwashed’
The source reveals that the 60-year-old actor has been absent from the 16-year-old’s life for a considerable period of time.
Suri, the daughter of the movie star and his former girlfriend Katie Holmes, was born in April 2006. However, after the couple separated in 2011, Tom and his daughter grew distant from each other.
Tom confessed during his 2012 defamation lawsuit against Bauer Media that he had not met Suri for three months immediately after his breakup with Holmes.
In a deposition related to the lawsuit worth $50 million, Cruise was questioned about whether his ex-wife, Holmes, left him to safeguard their daughter, Suri, from Scientology.
Tom acknowledged that this was a possibility. Cruise was reportedly unable to have a relationship with his daughter Suri and ex-wife in 2016 due to the rules of the controversial church of Scientology.
The church forbids its members from associating with ex-members, and since neither Holmes nor Suri were Scientologists, Cruise was blamed for keeping them apart.
A source said: “This is his loss, his issue, his problem. He must be really brainwashed.”
In 2020, Leah Remini, a former member of the Church of Scientology, disclosed that according to Scientology, Holmes was labeled as a “suppressive person” or an adversary, and as a result, Cruise thinks it is not possible to have any association with their daughter, Suri.
According to her speculation, Tom might delay his attempts to persuade Suri into Scientology until she grows up, in order to draw her away from her mother.
In contrast, Holmes expressed her desire to provide her daughter with a secure and steady upbringing.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “My child is the most important person to me, and her upbringing is paramount to my work right now.
“It’s very important that I’m present and she has a stable, innocent childhood. I feel so blessed to do what I do, but there’s nothing in the world better than watching your child succeed.”
Ultimately, Cruise has been absent from Suri’s life. And there is no getting away from that regardless of what you may think about Cruise.
