Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes first crossed paths on the 6th season of “Bachelor in Paradise”. Miller-Keyes had been a contestant on Colton Underwood’s season of “The Bachelor,” and Unglert had appeared during Rachel Lindsay’s time on “The Bachelorette.” In October of 2022, Unglert popped the question to the celebrity.

And now Miller-Keyes, who is 27 years old, reported that Unglert, who is 31, expressed his desire to get a vasectomy before the two of them have kids. In her comments, she said: “He really wants to get a vasectomy — before we have kids.

“He wants to get a vasectomy because he doesn’t think it’s fair that a woman has to take birth control. So then when we’re ready to have kids, he would un-snip himself, and we would have children.” Nevertheless, it is important to bear in mind the following points.

First of all, there is always a risk that the procedure could have complications. Therefore, it has to be a decision that is based on a full understanding. Secondly, once the procedure is done, who is to say that it could be reversed. And that is something they will have to agree on.

Her following comments confirmed as much: “We both need to research this more, but also, I heard, like, there could be pain that’s involved if you get a vasectomy. And so, I was like, ‘I don’t want you to be in pain.”

The social media response was very clear. A certain subset of people felt that this was a bad idea since it was a decision that could change the body forever. One person wrote: “They both of you need brain transplants.”
