The ex-former couple’s nanny, who allegedly told the media about them, is now suing Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde, alleging that they drove her to the brink of insanity and beyond. Ericka Genaro, the woman, has launched a lawsuit against both actors, for whom she had previously performed between 2018 and 2021. In the documents, Genaro makes even more claims regarding the dynamic during this difficult period in the union.
She believes that Olivia largely abandoned the family around 2020, around the time that she allegedly began seeing Harry Styles, and that as a result, Genaro was under a lot of pressure to step in on many different fronts.

In addition to serving as the principal live-in nanny for OW and JS‘s two children, Genaro alleges that she also started to act as Jason’s confidante, sitting with him after hours to listen to him vent and discuss the sensitive situation.
While Genaro claims she gave Jason her ear, she also claims that doing so added a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety that she claims became incapacitating. In addition, she claims that her work tasks also became much more demanding, supposedly requiring her to work around the clock. Genaro argues that she was unlawfully fired and that Jason and Olivia broke various California employment rules. She is now requesting significant damages under the FEHA.
