90 Day Fiancé cast member, Kara Bass has started a new career and this time she is working in real estate. We were first introduced to her when she shared her love story with Guillermo Rojer. She met him in the Dominican Republic when she was there for work. They hit it off very quickly and began dating.
Then, when the pandemic hit, she had to move back to Virginia. They continued to date and when he moved to the states, they got married and she ended up getting pregnant. While they are still waiting to have their baby, she has started to give her fans real estate advice and many of them are confused by it.

It looks as if Kara has done many jobs in her life already. When we saw her on the show, she was in the balloon design business that she started during the pandemic. Now it looks as if she is working as a real estate agent in Charlottesville and other areas in Virginia.

Kara showed us all that she was very smart about her money and her fans feel that this is a good career for her. She has gotten a lot of backlash since announcing that she has gotten into real estate though.
In the newest clip, Kara called out renters for not buying a home. The post read, “If you’re gonna pay, you might as well be investing in your own home. Although homeownership may not be an option for all renters, it’s absolutely worth looking into and strategizing with professionals to get you there.” The comments came in quickly on this one!
One of her followers wrote, “Do you actually think that renters like paying someone else’s mortgage?” Another wrote, “But it’s easier to get approved to rent!” Another added, “Oh Kara. It’s really not that simple.”
One more chimed in, “I hate when you guys say that. A lot more comes with owning than just the rent amount. Insurance, property tax, all the repairs, the list goes on and on.” One more told her, “Not everyone can afford it. Even working full-time. I can’t save enough for the down payment. Really glad that renting is an option.”
Kara got a lot of hate for this post and we can see why. Most of her fans told her that they rent because that is pretty much the only option for them right now.
