On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, this season has not been kind for Kim Menzies and Usman Umar. They came into the season wanting to receive his mother’s blessing in order to get married. His mother did not approve of the age gap between these two, but Kim helped to change her mind after telling her that she would allow Usman to take another wife in order for him to have children.
This made his family very happy and they ended up with their blessings. When Kim was ready to talk to her lawyer more about the move, the K-1 visa, and marrying Usman, she brought up the fact that they had finally gotten the blessing and mentioned a second wife. Her lawyer told them that since polygamy is illegal in the United States if Usman married another woman, he would more than likely get deported. This is only the tip of the iceberg though.

With everything against them, fans of the show do feel as if they have been doomed from the start. When Usman found out that he couldn’t have two wives in the states, he immediately thought of adopting his brother’s son.

When they confronted his brother about it, he told Kim that she needed to convert to Islam and she stood her ground and said that she would not. This really caused a rift between Usman and his brother and Usman wants to gain his trust so that they can adopt him.
More and more stress has been added to their relationship now and from the looks of it, things are not any better. In the last episode of the show, we saw Usman and Kim get into a huge fight and she ended up telling him that she was done. She took off her engagement ring and packed her bags.
She told him, “I don’t understand why I’m here.” As the show ended, she texted him and the message that she received back was incredibly rude and heartbreaking. Their fans are standing by them and hope that they can make up and finally get married.
In the trailer for the Tell-All, Kim is defending Usman on the show, yet again. This gives fans some hope that they are still together, but we cannot be too sure yet. We will have to stay tuned to the Tell-All episodes in order to find out what has happened between Kim and Usman and if this relationship really is doomed.
