The duo had been dating for around 9 months before they decided to part ways. While that may have been the case, their prior relationship is currently being played out on the reality show. Kim expanded on how she was taken aback by Davidson’s tendency to be a little high maintenance when it came to preparing his appearance.
That was a very big statement, especially since the Kardashian has gained a reputation for that through her very own Skims brand. In the episode of the show, Kim recalled Pete getting ready to attend the premiere of ‘The Kardashians.’ She said: “Who knew he was such a diva?
“We have a grooming team, a styling team and a tailor. Isn’t that funny? I thought he would go in a hoodie.” Nevertheless, those comments should be taken with a pinch of salt for the following reasons. First of all, there is an argument that Davidson ultimately behaved that way by virtue of being in Kim’s company.
After all, his red carpet appearance with the Kardashian did raise a lot of attention since it was the first time that she had been seen on the red carpet with any man following her split with Kanye West.
Secondly, Pete is known for dressing in a very casual manner which is why this was a huge departure from the norm. This was most notably seen when his co-star Kaley Cuoco on the film ‘Meet Cute’ shaded him over his outfit for the film’s premiere.
Davidson decided to go ahead by wearing a white hoodie, which resulted in Kaley stating the following: “I’m glad Pete dressed up for the occasion. That is so bad.” As long as Pete was down with the clothing, then that was the most important thing irrespective of Kim’s views.
