Katy Perry had a 38th birthday to remember as she celebrated it alongside her fiancé, Orlando Bloom and their daughter Daisy.
Katy Perry Celebrates Her 38th Birthday In Style
The couple have been in a really good place ever since they began dating. They were romantically connected with each other for around 3 years before they decided to get engaged in 2019. During the course of that process, they welcomed their daughter Daisy in 2020.
And ever since that moment, their relationship has gone from strength to strength. That is why Katy could not be in better company to celebrate such a massive milestone.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, Katy shared a picture of the three putting their hands on top of each other. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Every time I blow a candle out, I always wish for you. 38 and grateful.”
Much in the same way, Orlando was delighted to be able to spend time with his loved one. It turns out that the pair decided to celebrate their birthday by having an intimate meal at a restaurant. In the picture here, we can see the two sitting at the table.
They have massive smiles on their faces and could not be any happier. The post included the following words: “Each time we take a trip around the sun and get to celebrate you, I’m reminded that on this journey together and whatever the weather I’m always smiling.”
The birthday was not the only thing that has been on Katy’s mind, though. She has previously spoken about how she tries to be there for her daughter, despite her hectic working schedule.
While the star has actually hired a nanny to help with childcare, Katy has made it clear that she does put some time aside for daughter. Her following comments confirmed as much: “I feel like if I had a full-time nanny then I would never be able to know how to care for my daughter like I’m meant to.”
