The 59-year-old has not exactly been the most popular figure of the franchise of late. She has not only criticised the show, but also fellow housewives in the process. She was very vocal about how she felt she had been let down by the show’s failure to acknowledge the passing of her mother in a manner that was appropriate.
In addition, she has butted heads with Kathy Hilton, as shown in the Aspen incident amid which it is claimed she compared Hilton to Satan, as well as suggesting she had suffered from post- traumatic-stress disorder due to her.
And by the looks of it, the fans were not keen to see her. In the clip here, we can see a mixture of cheers, as well as mass booing as Lisa makes her way to the stage. That could have easily been enough for someone to feel overwhelmed.
However, Rinna took things in her stride as she walked down very confidently with a massive smile on her face. As she did so, she carried a microphone with her, before looking in the direction of the crowd as she stuck up her middle finger.
When the dust had settled down, this is what Lisa had to say about the booing: “I’m a f—king rock star.” It is not surprising, then, that her fellow housewives had a lot to say about the matter. Step forward: Erika Janye.
The former understands what it is like to be subjected to negative publicity following claims that she had embezzled funds. With that being said, Erika let everyone know that this is part and parcel of being in the limelight.
Her following comments confirmed as much: “There’s no consoling Rinna. We are here in a live audience, and people do that. You get cheers, you get boos. And that’s part of being a performer.”
